When working with vendors, KR OTIS expects that they will have a pipeline of candidates with required skills and the ability to recruit those resources quickly. These candidates should be pre-screened and qualified before submitting for consideration with KR OTIS . Once we indicate an interest in a particular candidate, the vendor will work with that candidate to coordinate a phone interview with a People.com representative. The vendor will track that candidate through the hiring process. If a candidate is being considered for another position, People.com wants to know that up front.

KR OTIS looks to the vendor to handle specific logistics. Vendors also communicate with candidates the rates for the specific assignment they are being considered for and confirm start dates for the end client should they be offered the job.
